Centre for Grassorot Development Research and Action is established as a state level non-governmental organization by a group of devoted researchers, social workers and professionals with a noble mission to promote multi-faceted rural development. The organization is registered under Madhya Pradesh Society Registration Act, 1973 as the Association of Grass root development Research and Action in the year 1996. We have also registered under Section 12 A & 80 G (5)(vi) of Income Tax Act.
Majority of the Indian population resides in the villages which needs continuous efforts for socio-economic development to have self sustaining development in the rural areas. A change in terms of technology, employment patterns, skills, health education, and positive environment towards it is the need of the hour.
In order to achieve these avowed challenges and responsibilities CGDRA has come into existence. Since its inception, the organization is functioning in the direction of socio-economic development for rural areas in the field of Panchayati Raj, Agriculture, Science and Technology, Environment, Health Research, Skill Development and Capacity building.
Working Since 2004 Our Organization AGDRA has successfully implemented various project related to rural development through information education and communication funded by various government organizations. Through its projects CGDRA has provided benefits to almost 1,40,000 (One Lac forty Thousand) rural beneficiaries and almost to 45,000 (Forty Five Thousand) woman beneficiaries under Various schemes and strengthen them.
